Did you know that Oroville is a Tree City USA? Come celebrate Arbor Day with us! At 11am, Mayor Naillon will read the Arbor Day proclamation, then we will have a puppet show. Tree crafts and activities will be available until 1pm. This program is in partnership with the City of Oroville, Oroville Streetscape, and The Friends of the Oroville Library.
